Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6-8 brinjle
  2. For masala
  3. 1 cup dry coconut
  4. 4 tsp peanut
  5. 2 tsp coriander powder
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 4 tsp chilly powder
  8. 1 tsp Garam masala
  9. 1 small size imli
  10. 2 tsp sesame seeds
  11. 3 cloves
  12. Onion 1
  13. Tomatoe.1
  14. Ginger $mall piece

Instructions

  1. Cut the baigan stalk and make 4 slits in baigan .
  2. Take dry ingredients add garam masala, oil and mix well.
  3. Take a brinjle stuffed the masala into it.
  4. Take onion, tomato , ginger and garlic .make paste.
  5. Take a pressure cooker , add oil and gravy, saute it for 5 minutes.
  6. Add imli
  7. Then add brinjle.
  8. Take 3 whistle
  9. Serve hot.
