Ingredients to make Stuffed brinjle with gravy

  • 6-8 brinjle
  • For masala
  • 1 cup dry coconut
  • 4 tsp peanut
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 4 tsp chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 small size imli
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 3 cloves
  • onion 1
  • Tomatoe.1
  • ginger $mall piece

How to make Stuffed brinjle with gravy

  1. Cut the baigan stalk and make 4 slits in baigan .
  2. Take dry ingredients add garam masala, oil and mix well.
  3. Take a brinjle stuffed the masala into it.
  4. Take onion, tomato , ginger and garlic .make paste.
  5. Take a pressure cooker , add oil and gravy, saute it for 5 minutes.
  6. Add imli
  7. Then add brinjle.
  8. Take 3 whistle
  9. Serve hot.

Serve with bajra roti
