Ingredients to make Aaloo Fry with Palak

  • 2 bunches palak chopped
  • 1 onion cut
  • 1 tomato cut
  • 1 medium size potato cut in squares
  • 1 tspn garlic paste
  • 1 tblspn ghee or oil as preferred
  • 1 tspn red chilli kashmiri powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Aaloo Fry with Palak

  1. WASH CUT 2 BUNCHES PALAK ,CHOP ONE ONION,1 TOMATO ,SOME GARLIC CRUSH,1 POTATOCUT,HEAT GHEE,ADD ONION
  2. ADD CURRY LEAVES SAUTE WITH GARLIC PASTE
  3. ADD POTATOES CUT NOWAND SAUTE 2 MINUTES
  4. ADD 1TSPN SALT,1 TSPN RED CHILLI POWDER,MIX WELL
  5. ADD 1 BOWL OF CHOPPED PALAK NOW
  6. MIX WELL COVER COOK 5-7 MINUTES.
  7. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES NOW AND COOK 2-3 MINUTEZ
