Ingredients to make Paneer Makhani

  • 250 grm packet amul paneer
  • 2 cup tomato puree
  • 1 packet makhani paneer masala
  • 2 spoon cream
  • half cup kaju paste
  • 1 spoon kasturi methi
  • oil salt
  • 1 spoon garlic ginger

How to make Paneer Makhani

  1. Drizzle oil in pan and add garlic ginger, cook for one minute then add tomato puree and cook for 5 mins, nowadd the masala and salt.
  2. Cook for 5 mins add kaju paste n kasturi methi then add the paneer now simmer and cook 5 mins then add cream then top it with some makhan when serving
