Fruit Custard

Ingredients to make Fruit Custard

  • Brown and pilson custard piwder vanilla flavour 4 tbsp
  • Full cream milk 500 ml
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Sugar one cup
  • Fruits of your choice chopped 2 cups
  • Chopped cashewnuts two tbsp

How to make Fruit Custard

  1. Boil the milk and keep one bowl of milk cold.
  2. Mix sugar in the boiling milk.
  3. Mix custard powder in the cold milk and add to the boiling milk and turn the flame off.
  4. Keep stirring.
  5. Now add cream to it and refrigerate it for two hours.
  6. Now add chopped fruits and serve cold.
