Ingredients to make Thandai (Holi Special)

  • Milk 2 Cups
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • cinnamon sticks 1-2
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • poppy seeds 1/3 cup
  • almonds 1/3 cup
  • pistachios 1/4 cup
  • Green cardamom 6-7
  • chironji 1/4 cup
  • melon seeds 1/4 cup
  • saffron 1/2 tsp

How to make Thandai (Holi Special)

  1. TAKE 1/3 CUP OF ALMONDS, 2 TBS CHIRONJI
  2. 1/3 CUP OF POPPY SEEDS,1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  3. GREEN CARDAMOM (6-7),1/4 CUP OF MELON SEEDS
  4. 1/2 TSP SAFFRON,1-2 CINNAMON STICKS
  5. 1/3 CUP OF PISTACHIOS,MAKE A FINE POWDER
  6. TAKE OUT IN BOWL
  7. THANDAI MASALA IS READY
  8. 2 CUPS OF MILK
  9. 1/4 CUP OF SUGAR OR TO TASTE,MIX
  10. KEEP STIRRING FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  11. ADD 2 TBS OF THANDAI MASALA
  12. MIX WELL
  13. KEEP STIRRING
  14. LET IT BOIL FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  15. STRAIN WITH STRAINER
  16. KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1-2 HOURS
