About Aloo Matar Curry Recipe

It's a very basic receipe one can have it with roti & rice.

Aloo Matar Curry

Ingredients to make Aloo Matar Curry

  • Green peas - 150gram
  • potato - 2
  • onion - 1chopped
  • tomato- 2pureed
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • cumin seeds - 1/2tablespoon
  • curry leaves - Handful
  • Corrainder & cumin powder - 2tablespoon
  • turmeric powder - 3/4tablespoon
  • Red chillie powder - 3/4tablespoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2tablespoon
  • water- 1cup
  • cilantro - For garnishing
  • salt - As required

How to make Aloo Matar Curry

  1. In a cooker add oil add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  2. Add onion and saute it for 4-5minutesm
  3. Add tomato pure and add all the spieces ans salt mix it well for 3-4minutes.
  4. Than add the potato and green peas.
  5. Add water once it starts boiling pud the lid.
  6. Take 2-3vessels.
  7. Once the presure is down open it and add cilantro ready to serve.
