About Dhingri ki sabji Recipe

Dhingri is type of dry mushroom .. THis is very expensive and very much liked by narth Indians ,dhingri is good for health it's really tasty just try it.

Dhingri ki sabji

Ingredients to make Dhingri ki sabji

  • dhingri, (dry oyster mushroom) 100 gm
  • 2 onion
  • 1 tometo
  • garlic cloves 7- 8
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2-3chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tap cumin seeds
  • 1-2 star annis
  • 1 mace (javitri)
  • 2 cloves
  • 2-3 green cordamom
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 turmuric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tap coriander powder
  • 1 buy leave
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tap chopped fresh coriander

How to make Dhingri ki sabji

  1. Soak Dhingri in water for 7-8 hours
  2. Heat a pan put ghee and all whole spice stire it
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste stire it now add Grinded onion paste stire well now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder stire it now add chopped tomato soute it for 5-7 minute
  4. Now add dhingri soute it and cover with lead at low flame and cook for 4-5 minutes
  5. Now add 1 cup look warm water and pepper powder, cover with lead Cook for 3-4 minutes
  6. Now Dhingri ki Sabji is ready
  7. Garnish with coriander
