Fish curry

Ingredients to make Fish curry

  • Grated coconut : 5 tsp
  • Small onion : 5
  • Sesame oil : 5 - 6 tsp
  • mustard seeds : 1 tsp
  • chopped small onion : 2
  • fenugreek : 1/4 tsp
  • curry leaves
  • Fish
  • salt
  • tomato : 1
  • Small onion : 10
  • chilli Powder : 2 tsp
  • coriander Powder : 1 tsp
  • turmeric Power : 1/2 tsp
  • garlic : 10 pods
  • Green chilli : 2
  • tamarind : Small size

How to make Fish curry

  1. Wash and Clean the fish pieces
  2. Heat Oil in a pan add add onion, garlic, tomato, chilli for 2 min
  3. Add chilli powder , coriander powder (or kulambu masala ), salt, turmeric powder and saute for 1 min
  4. Add tamarind water and required water and cook for 10 min
  5. Then add fish and cook for 5 - 8min Then add coconut paste and cook for 5 min
  6. Heat 1 tsp oil in another pan add mustard seed, fenugreek, small onion, curry leaves for 1 min
  7. Add prepared tadka to Fish curry and switch off the flame
