Ingredients to make paan ki meethai

  • milkmaid 1 cup
  • pan leaves 3-4
  • dessicated coconut 1 cup
  • gulkand 4 tbsp
  • almond 7-8 chopped
  • cashew 7-8 chopped
  • saunf 1 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • tuti fruity 2 tbsp
  • edible green colour

How to make paan ki meethai

  1. heat condense milk in a pan
  2. add a few drops of edible green colour
  3. add chopped paan leaves and saute for 2 mins
  4. add dessicated coconut and mix well
  5. turn off the flame and keep it to cool
  6. in a pan heat gulkand
  7. add cashew,almond,saunf,cardamom powder and tuti fruity and mix well
  8. now take a small portion of the mixture and shape it like a bowl
  9. put 1 tsp of the gulkand mixture in the bowl
  10. roll the sides with dessicated coconut
  11. serve chilled
