Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Banana - 4 (Big and Chopped Into Medium Piece
  2. Egg - 3
  3. Sugar - 6 To 10 Tablespoon
  4. Cashew Nuts - 6 To 10
  5. Nestle Condensed Milk - 400 Grams
  6. Cardamom Powder - 2 To 4 Teaspoon
  7. Chocolate Biscuits - 1 Pack (Crushed and Made Into A Fine Powder)
  8. Ghee - For Frying

Instructions

  1. First, heat 2 to 4 tablespoons of ghee into the pan.
  2. After the pan becomes hot, put the bananas and fry till it turns brown.
  3. Turn off the heat, add cardamom powder, cashew nuts and stir nicely.
  4. In a bowl, break three eggs and whisk well.
  5. After whisking the egg, add the chocolate biscuits, cardamom powder, sugar, condensed milk, the fried bananas and whisk well.
  6. Take another non stick pan, into this add 4 tablespoons of ghee, and after half minute, add the banana mixture into the pan.
  7. After 15 to 20 minutes, remove the banana pancake, and serve with mixed fruit cocktail.
