PEANUT HEALTHY BALLS

Ingredients to make PEANUT HEALTHY BALLS

  • peanuts -1 cup
  • jaggery -1/4 cup
  • Flax seeds - 1 table spoon
  • Cocoa powder -1 table spoon
  • Vanilla essence -1 teaspoon

How to make PEANUT HEALTHY BALLS

  1. Dry roast peanuts.
  2. De skin them.
  3. In a mixie jar take roasted peanuts,flax seeds,cocoa powder,vanilla essence and grinding to fine paste.
  4. Then add jaggery and grind together for a minute.
  5. Take the mixture in a plate and mix well.
  6. Make round balls .
  7. The moisture from jaggery and Moisture from jaggery and oil from peanut will help to bind laddoos.
  8. Healthy peanut balls ready to be eaten.
