Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the crust & topping
  2. All Purpose Flour - 190 Grams
  3. Caster Sugar - 3/4 Cup
  4. Unsalted Butter - 150 Grams (Chilled)
  5. Salt - A Pinch
  6. For the filling
  7. Large Eggs - 2
  8. Caster Sugar - 1 Cup
  9. Amul Fresh Cream - 1 Cup
  10. Nestle Condensed Milkmaid - 400 Grams
  11. Bread Crumbs - 6 Tablespoons
  12. Vanilla Extract - 1 Teaspoon
  13. Fresh Blackberries - 3 Cups
  14. Salt - A Pinch

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees & grease a "8 * 8" baking pan with butter.
  2. Make the topping by combining the flour, sugar & salt.
  3. Cut the butter into cubes & add to that mix.
  4. Rub in with fingers until you have a crumbly mixture. (You could use a food processor).
  5. Fill the bottom of the pan with half of the mix & bake it for 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Allow the mix to cool for at least 10 minutes.
  7. To make the filling, whisk the eggs in a large bowl then add the sugar, fresh cream, condensed milk, bread crumbs, vanilla extract & salt.
  8. Gently fold in the berries & spoon the mixture over the cooled crust.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture evenly over the filling & bake it to 35 to 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Cool for at least an hour before cutting into bars & serve it cobbler style.
