Chapp in makhani gravy.

Ingredients to make Chapp in makhani gravy.

  • 250 gm chapp.
  • 4 onion.
  • 4 tomato.
  • 1big cardomom.
  • 1 dalchini.
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 4 tsp butter.
  • 4 tsp oil.
  • 2 tbs fresh malao or cream.

How to make Chapp in makhani gravy.

  1. Heat oil n add cumin seeds.big cardamom.dalchini.
  2. Nw add roughly chopp onion.n tomato.
  3. Cook well.
  4. Off d gas.
  5. When cool grind it.
  6. Nw put it in a pan add butter.
  7. Nw add salt n all masala.
  8. Nw add chapp slices n mix it.
  9. Add 1 cup water n cook till chapp cook.
  10. Add fresh cream or malai.
  11. Serve with rumali roti.

U can fry d chapp.
