Italian dip

Ingredients to make Italian dip

  • 1/2 bowl curd
  • 1/2 bowl mayonnaise
  • Boiled corn- 1/4 cup
  • Chopped capsicum of different colours- as required
  • Chopped onion- 1
  • 1clove garlic crushed
  • Oregano- 1/4 tsp
  • chilly flakes
  • pepper as per taste
  • salt
  • Grated carrot- 1
  • Grated cheese- 2 tbsp

How to make Italian dip

  1. Mix curd and mayonnaise. Add all ingredients and Masala. Add grated cheese as per your taste. Keep in a fridge for 1hour and serve on Monaco biscuits with grated cheese. You can eat with wafers too.
