Spicy dhaniya Aaloo

Ingredients to make Spicy dhaniya Aaloo

  • 15 - 20 small boiled potatoes
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 tspn crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tspn grated ginger
  • 4 tblspn coriander leaves paste
  • 1 tblspn Bhuna masala
  • 1 tspn garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tspn red chilli powder
  • 2 tblspn curd
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Spicy dhaniya Aaloo

  1. Heat 3 tblspn oil in a kadhaie and fry the potatoes in it. Transfer in a plate and set aside.
  2. Make paste of onion in a grinder.In a same oil add crushed garlic , grated ginger and onion paste and saute well.
  3. Now add red chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix.
  4. Now add coriander leaves paste and saute well untill the oil separate from masala.
  5.  Add bhuna masala and mix.
  6. Add curd
  7.  Now add fried potatoes and some water cover the lid and cook about 2-3 min. Turn off the flame.
  8. Enjoy yammy dhaniya Aaloo with parathas or rice.
