Sprouted chickpeas gravy

Ingredients to make Sprouted chickpeas gravy

  • Sprouted chickpeas : 1 cup
  • salt
  • chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
  • onion : 1
  • tomato : 1
  • coriander leaves
  • curry leaves
  • fennel seeds : 1/2 tsp
  • Oul : 2 tsp
  • cinnamon
  • ginger garlic paste : 3/4 tsp

How to make Sprouted chickpeas gravy

  1. Pressure cook the chickpeas for 5 min and keep aside
  2. Grind 1/4th Chick peas and keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon, fennel seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion and saute it
  4. Add tomato, ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min
  5. Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala and saute it
  6. Add required water and grounded chickpeas and mix well
  7. Add remaining chickpeas and cook for 3 min
  8. Add coriander leaves
