Paneer green peas gravy

Ingredients to make Paneer green peas gravy

  • paneer : 1 cup
  • peas : 1 cup
  • butter 2 tsp
  • garlic : 4
  • ginger : 1 inch
  • salt
  • onion : 2
  • tomato : 1
  • fennel seeds: 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon
  • cloves : 2
  • cashew : 5
  • chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves

How to make Paneer green peas gravy

  1. Heat butter in a pan add Fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves, onion , cashew, tomato, garlic, ginger and saute for 3 to 5 min
  2. Add salt and chilli powder and cook for 1 min
  3. Cool it and grind it to make smooth paste
  4. Heat 1 tsp butter or oil in a pan add grounded paste, cooked peas , paneer and cook for 5 min
  5. Add coriander leaves
