About Dhaniya dum aloo Recipe

Its a tasty dish made with fresh corriander leaves,has a awesome taste.

Dhaniya dum aloo

Ingredients to make Dhaniya dum aloo

  • 4-5 big sized chopped boiled potatoes
  • 2 medium sized chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 cup fresh corriander leaves
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 10 -12 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp corriander powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp raisin
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Dhaniya dum aloo

  1. Grind coriander leaves,onion,tomatoes,chillies and garlic cloves in mixer jar
  2. Now heat oil in kadhai and add hing and jeera to it
  3. When it cracks add the coriander paste and stir it regularly
  4. After few minutes add green peas into it and cook it for few minutes
  5. Now add all the dry spices and stir it
  6. Add chopped,boiled potatoes into it and mix well
  7. Add salt and half cup water and close the lead for five minutes
  8. Now off the flame and serve hot
