About Chilli paneer Recipe

Its a chinese recepi loved in our house from young to old.

Chilli paneer

Ingredients to make Chilli paneer

  • 200 gm paneer
  • 2 medium sized chopped capsicum
  • 2 medium sized copped onion
  • 1 finely minced green chilli
  • 50 gm cornflour
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil for curry
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Chilli paneer

  1. Make a paste of cornflour and deep the square shaped paneer into it
  2. Now heat oil in kadhai for deep frying
  3. Fry all the paneer pieces coated with cornflour batter till light golden and keep it aside
  4. Now fry the chopped onion and capsicum and remove immediately them from oil and keep aside
  5. Heat oil in another kadhai for curry
  6. Add chopped green chillies
  7. Add the fried onion and capsicum and stir it for few minutes
  8. Now add the left cornflour batter and stir it continuously
  9. Add salt, black pepper powder and all the sauces and vinegar to it
  10. Stir it regularly and add fried paneer to it
  11. Mix well and cover it for few minutes
  12. Off the flame and serve hot your chilli paneer

My Tip:

Mix soya sauce with some water in the curry
