Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 200 gm chopped onion
  2. 2 medium size chopped tomatoes
  3. 100 gm mini boiled soya chunks
  4. 1 tsp ginger,garlic paste
  5. 2 bayleaf
  6. 1/2 " cinnamon piece
  7. 8-10 black pepper
  8. 5-6 cloves
  9. 2 big cardamom
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp haldi powder
  13. 2 tsp mix sabji masala
  14. 1 pinch hing
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 2 tbsp oil
  17. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Crush all the dry masalas in khal batta
  2. Heat oil in the kadhai and add bayleaf into it
  3. Add cumin seeds and hing
  4. When it crackle add the crushed masala and roast it
  5. Now add onion and roast it til golden colour
  6. Now add tomatoes and stir it for few minutes
  7. Now mix ginger,garlic paste into it
  8. Mix haldi powder,red chilli powder and sabji masala in the gravy and cook it for few minutes
  9. Now add salt and soya chunks into it
  10. Add 1 cup water and cover with lead
  11. After few off the flame and serve hot the curry with phulkas or whatever you want
