About Soya dopyaza Recipe

Its a world famous dish.You can serve it on any occasion.Its every bite is full of taste and it is healthier too beacause of soyabadi.

Soya dopyaza

Ingredients to make Soya dopyaza

  • 200 gm chopped onion
  • 2 medium size chopped tomatoes
  • 100 gm mini boiled soya chunks
  • 1 tsp ginger,garlic paste
  • 2 bayleaf
  • 1/2 " cinnamon piece
  • 8-10 black pepper
  • 5-6 cloves
  • 2 big cardamom
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp haldi powder
  • 2 tsp mix sabji masala
  • 1 pinch hing
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

How to make Soya dopyaza

  1. Crush all the dry masalas in khal batta
  2. Heat oil in the kadhai and add bayleaf into it
  3. Add cumin seeds and hing
  4. When it crackle add the crushed masala and roast it
  5. Now add onion and roast it til golden colour
  6. Now add tomatoes and stir it for few minutes
  7. Now mix ginger,garlic paste into it
  8. Mix haldi powder,red chilli powder and sabji masala in the gravy and cook it for few minutes
  9. Now add salt and soya chunks into it
  10. Add 1 cup water and cover with lead
  11. After few off the flame and serve hot the curry with phulkas or whatever you want

My Tip:

If you want you can make this in cooker also with one wristle with these ingredients.
