ABOUT Basil and mint chicken log RECIPE

Any form of chicken is always tasty.I used boneless chicken to make it.Try to make it tasty and healthy do some variation and innovation.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For marination-4 chicken breast
  2. 1 tsp ginger
  3. 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  4. 1 tsp garlic paste(can use powder of it)
  5. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  6. Salt and 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. For filling,1/2 cup chicken mince nicely
  9. 25-30 basil and 15-20 mint leaves
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. 3 green chillies
  12. 3 tsp mayonnaise
  13. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  14. 1 tsp lemon juice
  15. oil for cooking
  16. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  17. 2 pinch of nutmeg powder
  18. salt to taste
  19. silver foil for wrap

Instructions

  1. Take chicken breast and lock it in thick plastic bag and beat it with heavy bottom pan or skillet to make flat pieces of it.
  2. Now add black pepper,chilli flakes,salt, all spice powder, ginger and garlic paste and lemon juice in it and left it for 10-15 min.
  3. In grinding jar take basil,mint leaves,green chillies and lemon juice and make paste of it and mix this paste,cinnamon and nutmeg powder, black pepper,mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and salt and mix well.
  4. Drain all water with pressing help of palm before adding all masala in it.
  5. After 15 min remove all water from it also and take foil and set breast piece and fill masala mix chicken mince and make tight log of it, make all logs like this.
  6. Fry it for 10-15 min or grill it on 200* for 25-30 min(if grill cooking time is increased) and also steam it.
  7. After frying cut it in round pieces carefully because of foil it's to hot.sprinkle some flakes and pepper over it and serve hot with chutney and sauce.

we hv to fried it with foil paper or without foil paper
