About Strawberry Tiramisu Recipe

This is a no bake version.

Strawberry Tiramisu

Ingredients to make Strawberry Tiramisu

  • 8 oz malai paneer
  • 8 oz Hung curd( make sure it's not sour)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milkmaid(you can use more acc to your taste)
  • Fresh strawberry juice of 4 to 5 strawberries
  • Lady finger biscuits 20 to 25( as many as needed)

How to make Strawberry Tiramisu

  1. Grind the strawberries and make juice.Keep it aside
  2. Take the paneer and the hung curd and add milkmaid and whisk till smooth paste.
  3. Make sure no lumps are formed
  4. Keep the panner mix aside
  5. FOR THE EGG CUSTARD
  6. Take a double boiler (Take water in a pan and let it boil and add another pan over it and add egg yolks and sugar and whisk well
  7. This will take approx 10 mins.You can see the colour of the yolks have changed
  8. Add this egg custard into the paneer mix and whisk continuously till well incorporated
  9. Take a spring form pan
  10. Take the lady finger biscuits and dip 1 side of it in the strawberry juice and arrange on the sides of the spring pan
  11. Now fill the centre with a small layer of our egg and paneer custard
  12. Dip the lady finger biscuit and make a layer
  13. Pour the custard
  14. Repeat the process till the custard is all used
  15. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices
  16. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hrs min

My Tip:

This is a quick version of a cheese cake.
