  1. Milk 1.5 cups
  2. Condensed milk 4 tbs
  3. Chopped almonds 2 tbs
  4. Chopped pistachios 1 tbs
  5. Saffron Strands 5-6
  6. Fresh rose petals 5-6
  7. Thandai masala 2.5 tbs

Instructions

  1. ADD 1.5 CUP MILK IN A MIXING BOWL
  2. ADD 4 TBS CONDENSED MILK
  3. WHISK PROPERLY FOR 1 MINUTE
  4. ADD 2 TBS THANDAI MASALA,MIX WELL
  5. STRAIN WITH STRAINER
  6. TRANSFER INTO THE MIXING BOWL
  7. ADD 2 TBS ALMOND'S STRIPS,1 TBS CHOPPED PISTACHIOS
  8. ADD 5-6 SAFFRON STRANDS,MIX WELL
  9. ADD 5-6 CRUSHED FRESH ROSE PETALS
  10. MIX WELL & SERVE CHILLED
  11. GARNISH WITH ROSE PETAL
