Beetroot halwa

Ingredients to make Beetroot halwa

  • Beetroot,grated - 1 cups
  • water 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Suger 1/2 cup
  • ghee 3 to 5 tsp
  • cardamom 2 to 3 pinch
  • Cashewnut 5
  • badam 2 (optional)

How to make Beetroot halwa

  1. Take greated beetroot
  2. Add water and cook
  3. Add cardamom powder
  4. Add milk
  5. Add suger
  6. Add milk maid (optional). Stir continesly upto water evoprate.
  7. Beetroot halwa is ready. Serve hot or cool.

My Tip:

Tranfer immidiatly into serving plate. Add more ghee.
