This is a famous sindhi recipe, little difficult but yummy with gravy

Besan ki tikki in gravy

Ingredients to make Besan ki tikki in gravy

  • besan 1/2 cup
  • onion 5-6
  • tomato 1
  • coriander leaves 20 gms
  • til 1tsp
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • Cooking soda pinch
  • salt
  • ginger small piece
  • garlic 8 cloves
  • green chilly 2
  • Muskmelon seeeds little
  • red chilly dried 2
  • red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1tsp

How to make Besan ki tikki in gravy

  1. Take a bowl add beasn, 1 chopped onion, jeera, til, coriander leaves, salt, red chilly powder, baking soda add 1 tsp oil make a dough
  2. Make desired shapes
  3. Now fry these tikkis
  4. Now take a pan add oil, onion now fry it in little oil, add tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilly. Add muskmelon seeds, til, dried ref chilles cook for sometime add little water now switch off gas and let it cool,
  5. Now grind them into paste and put back in pan add spices
  6. Now add tikkis in gravy and serve garnish with coriander leaves

My Tip:

Dip tikkis in gravy for sometime for perfect taste
