About Chicken & egg korma Recipe

This is a creamy gravy with chicken and eggs, that goes well with roti/paratha or even steamed rice.

Chicken & egg korma

Ingredients to make Chicken & egg korma

  • chicken - 200 gm
  • Boiled eggs - 3
  • onion (chopped) - 2
  • tomatoes (chopped) - 1
  • chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • cashew nuts paste - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Refined oil
  • salt

How to make Chicken & egg korma

  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, powdered masalas and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a kadhai with some oil, add the chopped onion and saute until golden Brown.
  3. Then add the marinated chicken and stir. Cook until half done with intermittent stirring.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until done. Add water for gravy, bring upto boil and then add the cashew nuts paste.

  6. Mix and then add the boiled eggs halved. Give it a mix and serve.
