Khoya balls dipped in sugar syrup

Gulab Jamun

Ingredients to make Gulab Jamun

  • Khoya 1 1/2 cup
  • Chenna 1/4 cup
  • maida 3 tbsp
  • Soda bicarbonate 1/4 tsp
  • sugar 2 cup
  • milk
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Gulab Jamun

  1. Grate khoya and chenna
  2. Mix with maida and soda bicarbonate and make a soft dough using milk
  3. Divide in 12 equal portion balls
  4. Prepare sugar syrup
  5. Deep fry the balls
  6. Dip in the sugar syrup
  7. Leave for 1 hour and serve

My Tip:

Must dip for 1 hour
