Ingredients to make Grilled lamb chops with fresh herbs

  • 8- 10 lamb chops
  • 1/2 bunch boiled and squeezed spinach
  • 15-18 fresh basil leaves
  • Handful of fresh coriander leaves
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • oil for cooking
  • 2 tsp curd

  1. In a blender combine boiled spinach, basil, coriander ,green chilli, lemon juice and salt and make paste.
  2. Take lamb chops in mixing bowl add all dry masala, prepare green paste, curd and mix well and keep it in fridge for an hour .
  3. Heat your grill pan to the highest possible temperature. Brush with oil. Grill the lamb on both sides for 5-8 minutes. Serve hot

My Tip:

Bake it also in oven but temperature has to be increased.
