Easy peasy rawa or suji idli

Ingredients to make Easy peasy rawa or suji idli

  • Two and half cup suji or rawa without roasting
  • 1 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • One sachet of eno

How to make Easy peasy rawa or suji idli

  1. Mix suji, water and curd.
  2. Keep it aside for 2 hours
  3. After 2 hrs if you need add half cup more water,salt to make smooth batter
  4. Finally before putting in greased idli stand put one sachet eno. Mix well .
  5. Pour batter in idli stand. Cook for 12 min for each batch. Makes near about 24 idlis.

My Tip:

Add salt before putting in idli moulds with eno
