Boil boneless chicken pieces by adding little salt and turmeric and shred into small pieces.
Fry shallots, cashew and raisins in ghee and keep aside
Meanwhile saute onion,ginger garlic paste and green chillies. When its done add turmeric powder, chilli powder, 1 tsp pepper powder, salt and then mix with shredded chicken pieces.
While it gets cool.. in a blender take flour, salt, eggs and pepper powder and blend well.
Now grease a deep pan or a pressure cooker. Pour 1/4 of the batter cover with a lid and cook for a minute in low flame and let it harden a bit.
When the layer is half done spread 1/4 portion of chicken masala, fried shallots, fried cashew and raisins.
Again cover it for a while and allow it to get cooked, then pour 1/4 of the remaining batter and continue the procedure till the batter is over.
Finally on the top most layer garnish with the fried shallots, cashew and raisins. Keep in low flame and let it be done.
