About Kesar Peda. Recipe
Peda is a delicious and very poplular Indian dessert. Traditionally its make involves tidious and lengthy process where in milk is cooked for hours until thick and sweetened with sugar later shaped into small bite sized nuggets. But here i'm with a simplified and just way too easy microwave version of it that is equally tasty and mouth melting as store bought ones.
Ingredients to make Kesar Peda.
- 150 gm : Instant Dry milk powder
- 398 gm : Sweetened condensed milk
- 113 gm : Unsalted
- 10 to 12 : strands
- 1 tbsp : Warm Milk
- A pinch : Yellow food colour (optional)
How to make Kesar Peda.
My Tip:For longer shelf life store them in refrigerator but serve at room temperature. Stays good for upto 10 days.
