Ingredients to make Rogan josh

  • 500 g . Mutton
  • 250 g. onions chopped
  • 3 spoons ginger - garlic paste
  • 1/2 home made garam masala power
  • 1/2 spoon turmeric power
  • 2 spoon coriander power
  • salt 2 taste
  • oil
  • 2 pinch zeera
  • 1red big tomato pureed
  • 50 g hung curd
  • Green coriander chopped

How to make Rogan josh

  1. Add oil in cooker then add chopped onions
  2. Then onions become half golden brown
  3. Add mutton & ginger - garlic paste
  4. Mix properly than add all dry spices ,curd & tomato piury
  5. Take 2 whistle & cook some time till oil is separated.
  6. Add chopped coriander..

My Tip:

Use some oil.

For the spiciness what should we add? u did not mention in ur recipe
