About Condensed Milk Rabri Recipe

Rabri is a very well known and rich thick sweetened milk usually made as a base for lots of Indian sweets.Oftently i make this delicacy as the desert with out any pare. My kids named it rabri pudding.

Condensed Milk Rabri

Ingredients to make Condensed Milk Rabri

  • 2 liter full cream milk
  • 2 tablespoon curd
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tin n condensed milk
  • 1/2 bowl cold milk
  • 10 kesar threads
  • 1 tablespoon crushed cardmom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon kevra essence or rose essence
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts
  • 5 crushed tose petals

How to make Condensed Milk Rabri

  1. Boil full cream milk
  2. Let it simmer with continuous stirring
  3. When it becomes thick and less then half add curd with sugar
  4. Mix till sugar dissolved and all the ingredients mixed up ..off the flame ..and let it cool to normal temperature Dilute condensed milk in cold milk with kesar threads
  5. Then add this diluted condensed milk to the thick rabri The consistency would be crumbly like this .
  6. Give a nice churn in a mixer to this crumbled milk Then transfer the rabri in a bowl Add cardmom seeds kewra essence or any per choice . Add kesar threads.. keep it in fridge .. Serve cool top up with chopped dry fruits and dried rose petals

My Tip:

Add sugar per taste
