Ingredients to make Salted raw jackfruit hot dosa

  • salted raw jackfruit chopped 1 cup
  • rice 4 hours soaked 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Green chilli 1
  • water
  • coconut oil 1/4 cup

How to make Salted raw jackfruit hot dosa

  1. SOAK 1 HOUR AND CHOP RAW SALTED JACKFRUITS
  2. ADD IN MIXIE JAR
  3. SOAKED RICE AND GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD SALT, WATER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
  6. CHECK THE HOTNESS OF TAVA, NO NEED OF APPLYING OIL
  7. POUR LADLEFUL OF BATTER AND SPREAD THINLY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, CLOSE AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  8. OPEN THE LID, SPRINKLE OIL
  9. FLIP AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE IN MEDIUM FLAME ONLY
  10. REMOVE AND SERVE
