Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Grated carrot 2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Curry leaves few
  4. Cashews 1/2 cup
  5. Ghee 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE
  2. FRY CASHEWS
  3. ADD GRATED CARROT
  4. MIX WELL IN LOW FLAME FOR 1 MINUTE
  5. TURN OFF THE FLAME, ADD SALT
  6. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND SERVE
