An easy to make pudding.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For the bottom layar
  2. Vermicelli 1/2 cup.
  3. Condensed milk 1 tbsp
  4. Ghee 1 tsp
  5. For boiling,
  6. Milk 1 cup
  7. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  8. Gelatine 1 tbsp. Dissolved in some water.
  9. To add
  10. Orange segments 1 orange , very sweet one.
  11. Orange essence or vanilla essence a few drops

Instructions

  1. Fry vermicelli in ghee for a few minutes. Add 1 tbsp of condensed milk. Stir well. . When cold, take a desired bowl & set as bottom layar. Keep in fridge for sometime.
  2. In another pan.add milk & condensed milk together. Stir well.
  3. Cook for about 4,5 min till a little thick. Cook on low fire.
  4. Then add dissolved gelatine. Stir well . Cook for some more time.
  5. Remove from fire.
  6. When a bit cold, add orange segments & essence. Stir well.
  7. Keep in fridge for 2 hrs. When set, cut & serve.
