About Eggless Bread pudding Recipe

A delicious egg free dessert made with milkmaid.Easy to cook and tasty to eat.

Eggless Bread pudding

Ingredients to make Eggless Bread pudding

  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milkmaid
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 bread slices
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp tutty fruity

How to make Eggless Bread pudding

  1. In a pan add milk, butter and custard powder.
  2. Keep this on medium flame on gas with continuous stirring.
  3. Add milkmaid and stir till custard is cooked and it comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from flame and stir in vanilla essence.
  5. Cut the bread slices in cubes and put in the custard mix.
  6. Transfer this mix with bread cubes to a greased dish .
  7. Spread chopped almonds and tutty fruity on the top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20-25 mins till it just sets.
  9. Serve hot or cold.
