Panner butter masala

Ingredients to make Panner butter masala

  • Panner 250 gm
  • tomato 2
  • Green chilli 2
  • ginger 1 inch
  • Fresh cream 1/2cup
  • butter 2 tbs
  • Fine chopped coriander
  • Red chilli powder 1tbs
  • turmeric powder 1/2teaspoon
  • coriander powder 1/2teaspoon
  • Kaustri methi 1 tbs
  • salt as par tast
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • cumin powder 1 teaspoon

How to make Panner butter masala

  1. Wash tomato ginger and green chilli
  2. Grind in mixi jar
  3. Heat oil in pan add 1tbs butter .melt it .then add cumin turmeric and coriander powder saute it
  4. Add tomato puri in it
  5. Add kausturi methi saute it
  6. Then add fresh malai garam masala red chilli powder turmeric powder and salt .add littel water boil it
  7. After boiling gravy add panner pieces.cover it with lead again boil it
  8. Add remaining butter and mix well.
  9. Panner butter masala is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Fry panner if like.
