No onion n no garlic.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 tomatoes.
  2. 200gm panir.
  3. Salt.
  4. 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  5. 1/4tsp red chilli.
  6. 1/4tsp turmeric.
  7. 1/2tsp kitchen king masala.
  8. 2 tsp fresh malai.

Instructions

  1. Boil n.peel tomatoes
  2. Pury it.
  3. Add oil n put cumin seeds.
  4. Add tomato paste.
  5. Add salt n all masalas.
  6. Cook till oil seperates.
  7. Nw add 2 cup water n boil it.
  8. Add panir cubes
  9. Garnish with fresh malai.
