Egg curry

Ingredients to make Egg curry

  • Boiled egg : 3
  • Sesame oil : 3 tsp
  • salt
  • onion :  1
  • tomato : 1
  • Green chilli  2
  • cinnamon : 1
  • cardamom : 1
  • bay leaf : 1
  • cloves : 2
  • ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala : ½ tsp
  • chilli powder :  1 tsp
  • coriander powder : 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • curry leaves
  • cumin powder : ½ tsp
  • turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • For coconut paste
  • Grated coconut  3 tsp
  • fennel seeds : ½ tsp

How to make Egg curry

  1. Boil the egg and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, tomato green chilli for 2 mins.
  2. Add cinnamon and cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, fennel seeds and keep saute for 1 min.
  3. Add garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,Cumin powder, Ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 mins.
  4. Add water, salt and cook covered for 5 - 10 mins.
  5. Add egg and cook for 10 mins. Add coconut paste and cook for 3 - 5 mins
  6. Add curry leaves, coriander and cook for 1 min.
