Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled Egg : 3
  2. Sesame oil : 3 tsp
  3. Salt
  4. Onion :  1
  5. Tomato : 1
  6. Green chilli  2
  7. Cinnamon : 1
  8. Cardamom : 1
  9. Bay leaf : 1
  10. Cloves : 2
  11. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala : ½ tsp
  13. Chilli powder :  1 tsp
  14. Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Curry leaves
  17. Cumin powder : ½ tsp
  18. Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  19. For Coconut paste
  20. Grated Coconut  3 tsp
  21. Fennel seeds : ½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, tomato green chilli for 2 mins.
  2. Add cinnamon and cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, fennel seeds and keep saute for 1 min.
  3. Add garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,Cumin powder, Ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 mins.
  4. Add water, salt and cook covered for 5 - 10 mins.
  5. Add egg and cook for 10 mins. Add coconut paste and cook for 3 - 5 mins
  6. Add curry leaves, coriander and cook for 1 min.
