Ingredients to make Coconut Milk Fruit-salad

  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • water 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder
  • Peeled and chopped apple 1 cup
  • Mosambi (sweet lime) chopped 1 cup
  • Green grapes chopped 1 cup
  • Kiwi peeled and chopped 1/2 cup

How to make Coconut Milk Fruit-salad

  1. 1 CUP GRATED COCONUT, ADD HALF CUP WATER, GRIND COARSELY
  2. STRAIN IT, EXTRACT MILK
  3. CARDAMOM POWDER AND SUGAR
  4. MIX WELL TILL SUGAR DISSOLVES
  5. ADD CHOPPED MOSAMBI
  6. APPLE
  7. GRAPES AND KIWI, MIX WELL, SERVE
