Salted Jackfruit Undluka

Ingredients to make Salted Jackfruit Undluka

  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • salted jackfruit flakes 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water 3-4 tsp
  • jeera 1/2 tsp
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking oil

How to make Salted Jackfruit Undluka

  1. 2 HOURS SOAKED SALTED JACKFRUIT FLAKES 1 CUP
  2. ADD SALT AND COCONUT, GRIND
  3. ADD SOME WATER IF NECESSARY, CONTINUE GRINDING
  4. JEERA AND AJWAIN, TRANSFER THE DOUGH INTO BOWL
  5. ADD RICE FLOUR
  6. MIX WELL, KNEAD AND MAKE STIFF DOUGH
  7. MAKE SMALL GOOSEBERRY SIZED BALLS, FILL A PIECE OF DRY COCONUT AND CLOSE
  8. FRY IN HOT OIL
  9. FLIP AND FRY
  10. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN, REMOVE ON KITCHEN PAPER
