Apple Vermicelli Custard

Ingredients to make Apple Vermicelli Custard

  • Milk ½ liter
  • sugar add per taste
  • Custard powder 2tsp
  • Vermicelli 1 hand
  • Milkmaid 4tsp
  • ghee 2tsp

How to make Apple Vermicelli Custard

  1. In a pan pour ghee and roast Vermicelli till it become brown
  2. Heat milk, sugar, milkmaid, vermicelli
  3. Cook till vermicelli get soft
  4. Mix custard powder with 4tsp of warm milk without lumps
  5. Now add custard powder in milk
  6. Still well and cook in sim till milk gets thicken
  7. Then keep in fridge for one hour
