Veg kuruma

Ingredients to make Veg kuruma

  • onion : 1
  • tomato : 1
  • carrot : ½
  • Beans : 5
  • potato : 1
  • Green peas : 1 cup
  • Coriander, curry leaves
  • chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder : ½ tsp
  • salt
  • oil : 2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • cinnamon, cardamom, cloves : 1
  • For coconut Paste :
  • Grated coconut : 3 tsp
  • cumin seeds : ½ tsp
  • Green chilli : 1

How to make Veg kuruma

  1. Pressure cook the vegetables carrot and potato,beans, green peas, kidney beans for 5 -10 min over medium flame and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion,tomato for 2 min.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala, curry leaves and keep saute to 2 min.
  4. Add cooked veg with water,salt mix well and cook for 10 min
  5. Add coconut paste and keep saute for 2 min.
  6. Add coriander leaves
