A chilled dessert made with cream & often milk simmered with sugar and flavorings & set with Agar Agar typically served with a caramel or fruit sauce

Stuffed Basundi Panna cotta with strawberry truffles

Ingredients to make Stuffed Basundi Panna cotta with strawberry truffles

  • Milk 2 1/2 cups ,
  • pistachios chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • almond powder 1/4 cup  
  • 200 grams sugar 
  • Agar Agar 2 tablespoons
  • Milk powder 2tbsp
  • Basundi mix 1tbsp
  • strawberry truffles

How to make Stuffed Basundi Panna cotta with strawberry truffles

  1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Add saffron and pistachios and stir to mix, boil further.
  2. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Add almond powder and mix well. Boil for ½ an hour or till the milk is reduced.
  3. Add Milk powder& Basundi mix and mix well. Add sugar and mix well. Boil further till the milk gets reduced.
  4. Pour the milk mixture in sillicon mould put strawberry truffle inside again pour the milk mixture .
  5. set it in the fridge till it completly set..
  6. After 4-5 hours take it outfrom tbe fridge & unmould the stuffed pannacotta
  7. garnish it with blueberry crush. servechill
