Ingredients to make Strawberry delights

  • 8-10 fresh strawberries
  • 100 gms mawa
  • 2tsp spoon powder sugar
  • some chocolate buttons for the sauce ( optional)
  • vanilla essence 3-4 drops

How to make Strawberry delights

  1. First wash n dry the strawberries.
  2. Remove the top leafy stem and slit the strawberry into half but not till the top, keep aside.
  3. In a bowl mash mawa n add sugar and vanilla essence, mix into a thick paste like consistency.
  4. Stuff strawberries with mawa.
  5. In a double boiler melt the chocolate buttons into a sauce.
  6. Insert toothpicks on the top of each strawberry n dip each half way in the chocolate sauce n place it in the fridge until served.

My Tip:

dipping in chocolate sauce is optional.
