Ingredients: 8-10 fresh strawberries; 100 gms mawa; 2tsp spoon powder sugar; some chocolate buttons for the sauce ( optional); vanilla essence 3-4 drops

Fresh strawberries stuffed with mawa & dipped in chocolate sauce

Ingredients Serving: 2

8-10 fresh strawberries
100 gms mawa
2tsp spoon powder sugar
some chocolate buttons for the sauce ( optional)
vanilla essence 3-4 drops

Instructions

First wash n dry the strawberries.
Remove the top leafy stem and slit the strawberry into half but not till the top, keep aside.
In a bowl mash mawa n add sugar and vanilla essence, mix into a thick paste like consistency.
Stuff strawberries with mawa.
In a double boiler melt the chocolate buttons into a sauce.
Insert toothpicks on the top of each strawberry n dip each half way in the chocolate sauce n place it in the fridge until served.
