Rich curry with eggs

Egg curry

Ingredients to make Egg curry

  • Boiled eggs 6 nos.
  • onion 3 big
  • tomato 1 small
  • Dried red chilly 3
  • Muskmelon seeds
  • cashew 5 to 8
  • jeera 1tsp
  • ginger small piece
  • garlic 8 to 10 cloves
  • til 1/2tsp
  • coconut as required
  • Egg masala
  • Mutton masala
  • salt
  • coriander Powder
  • Tumeric powder
  • red chilly powder
  • coriander leaves

How to make Egg curry

  1. Take a pan add oil and chopped onion and a pinch of salt stir fry
  2. Add ginger and garlic roast well
  3. Add chopped tomato coconut dried chilly, til, jeera, musmelon seeds, cashewnuts cook for 2 minutes
  4. Add all spices
  5. Now cool it and grind into a paste
  6. Now transfer in pan cook till it becomes brown in colour and leaves oil
  7. Now add water according to requirement
  8. Now take a pan add oil all spices and eggs, roast for BETTER taste
  9. Add eggs and curry together and serve

My Tip:

Add egg yellow in gravy to thicken it more
