This healthy and tasty drink is perfect for summer.

Kanji

Ingredients to make Kanji

  • 1 bowl carrot chopped
  • 1 bowl beetroot chopped
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • Black salt and white salt to taste

How to make Kanji

  1. PUT 1 CUP EACH OF PEELED, CHOPPED CARROTS & BEETROOT IN A MIXER JAR, BLEND
  2. MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE LIKE THIS
  3. REMOVE PASTE IN A VESSEL, ADD 1 LITRE WATER
  4. STRAIN THE MIX
  5. ADD 2 TSP MUSTARD POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TSP BLACK SALT & WHITE SALT TO TASTE
  7. STIR WELL
  8. POUR INTO A CLEAN GLASS BOTTLE, PUT ON THE CAP
  9. PLACE IN SUNLIGHT FOR 2 DAYS, THE KANJI WILL BE READY TO SERVE AFTER THIS
