Ingredients to make Wheat base pizza

  • Tomatoes- 10
  • Onions- 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • Sugar 1/2spoon
  • Green chilli crushed- 1
  • Capsicum of different colours
  • Onion- 1
  • Corn-1/2 cup
  • Cheese cubes- 8

How to make Wheat base pizza

  1. Make tight dough with wheat flour, salt, 1spoon oil. Ans make crispy base on tawa with slow flame gas until it turns light pink.
  2. Now on that base apply gravy, chopped onion, capsicum, boil corn, and sprinkle oregano, chilliflakes and pepper and grate cheese on top. Bake in an oven or on tawa. Please keep an eye while baking to prevent burning. Cut in to pieces and enjoy.
My Tip: To make tomato gravy- boil tomatoes and crush in mixie, mix with grated onion, chilly and saute with salt, pepper and little sugar. And when it cools properly then only use it for better taste.
